We have been dealing with Vickers Laboratories when occasion arises for many years. As a Special Effects company within the film and television industry, we’ll often approach them for custom mixes – most recently a quantity non-staining hypo-allergenic blood mix, although this particular batch had to be black! (There are a lot of trolls and other abominable creatures in our current show and they bleed a black crude oil-like blood.)
Often we have other parties to please such as Designers and the way that Vickers will produce a sample batch of a custom product first is a really helpful face. Another is that we often work with short turnarounds where requests are made for what is essentially a new or custom product with very little lead time – Vickers have always stepped up to deliver quality goods in a short space of time.
We would certainly recommend Vickers for this kind of work, they have the abilities and the facilities
